Section 01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Interlink Collaborations (“Interlink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the Rallykids mobile application and website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Section 02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create or own an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older. Minors do not create or own accounts — a parent or guardian manages a child’s player information on the child’s behalf and is responsible for that information and for the child’s participation in League activities through the Service.
Section 03Your account
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Section 04Description of the Service
Rallykids is a community youth-sports management platform. Depending on your role and League, the Service may provide:
- Scheduling and standings;
- Team and roster management;
- Scorekeeping;
- Chat and announcements;
- Photos; and
- Live game streaming and on-demand replay within the Service.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
To protect the children in each League, the number of adults who can be linked to a single player is limited. A player may have up to 4 linked parent or guardian accounts (with full management access) and up to 10 linked family-member accounts (with follow-only access). These limits count both accounts that have already joined and invitations that are still pending.
Section 05User content and license
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, such as photos, messages, and announcements (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.
By submitting User Content, you grant Interlink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except for content shared with others or that we must retain to comply with law.
Section 06Live streaming
The Service can broadcast and record live games for viewing within the Service. Live games and their recordings are made available only to authorized users of the relevant League and team inside the Service; the Service does not publish games to any public third-party video platform. By participating in or attending a game that is streamed, you acknowledge that the game may be recorded and made available for live viewing and replay within the Service. If you do not want a child to appear in a stream, speak with your League before the game.
Section 07Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (other than User Content), is owned by Interlink or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Section 08Payments and league fees
The Service is free for individual users. Parents, guardians, family members, coaches, and other individuals are never charged to create an account, use the Service, or watch live games and replays. Rallykids is provided to your League under a separate written agreement between Interlink and the League; any league fees are governed by that agreement, are billed to the League, and are not charged through the Service or to individual users. The Service does not offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing consumer subscriptions. If Interlink later introduces an optional paid feature for individual users, its price and billing terms will be disclosed before any charge, and California subscribers will receive auto-renewal disclosures compliant with the California Automatic Renewal Law.
Section 09Disclaimers & liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interlink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, while the Service is free, one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Section 10Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users.
Section 11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Riverside County or Los Angeles County, California.
Section 12Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. By using the Service, you agree NOT to:
- Upload, share, or solicit any sexualized, exploitative, or inappropriate images of minors — strictly prohibited and reported to law enforcement;
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any person, or post hate speech;
- Impersonate any person or organization, or share your account credentials;
- Access the Service through automated means, scrape it, or reverse engineer it;
- Use the Service to circumvent a custody arrangement, restraining order, or court order.
The app provides in-app tools to report content and block users. Violations may result in escalating action: a warning, then suspension, then termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. For questions, contact info@interlinkcollaborations.com.
