Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated June 14, 2026 · Version 1.1.0

Section 01Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use the Rallykids mobile application and website (together, the “Service”). Please read it carefully. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Section 02Who we are (data controller)

The Service is operated by Interlink Collaborations (“Interlink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the controller responsible for your personal information.

Mailing address: 27315 Jefferson Ave STE J, PMB 1013, Temecula, CA 92590. Privacy and compliance contact: info@interlinkcollaborations.com.

Section 03Scope

This Policy applies to the Rallykids Service across all platforms on which it is offered:

  • The iOS application;
  • The Android application; and
  • The website at rallykidssports.com.

It applies to account holders (such as parents/guardians, coaches, league administrators, and viewers) and to the player information that account holders provide. It does not apply to third-party services that have their own privacy policies.

Section 04Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate a youth sports league platform. Account information you provide:

  • Full name and display name;
  • Email address;
  • Password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider — we never see or store your password in plain text);
  • Phone number (optional);
  • Profile photo / avatar (optional).

Player information a parent or guardian provides:

  • Child name;
  • Child nickname (optional);
  • Jersey number;
  • Team association.

Content you create within the Service:

  • Chat messages, announcements, polls, sign-ups, and attendance;
  • Photos you upload;
  • Live game video that is streamed and recorded through our streaming provider, Cloudflare Stream.

Device and technical information:

  • Device model, operating system version, and app version;
  • A push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used only to deliver notifications.

We explicitly DO NOT collect: date of birth, precise or GPS device location, government-issued identification numbers, Social Security numbers, biometric identifiers, or payment card / financial-account numbers. We do NOT use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Section 05How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
  • Manage rosters, teams, leagues, schedules, standings, scorekeeping, sign-ups, and attendance;
  • Send push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and transactional email (Resend);
  • Host and display the content you create within the Service;
  • Stream and record live games through our streaming provider (Cloudflare Stream) and make that video available for viewing and, for a limited time, download;
  • Maintain safety, prevent abuse, and moderate content;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do NOT use your information for advertising. We do NOT sell your information. We do NOT engage in cross-context behavioral tracking.

Section 06Who we share information with

We share personal information only as needed to run the Service. Service providers (processors) acting on our behalf:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage, and realtime infrastructure;
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivery of push notifications;
  • Cloudflare — live-stream ingest, hosting, and in-app playback of live game video, and short-term processing of game recordings (Cloudflare Stream);
  • Bunny.net — storage and content delivery of downloadable game recordings, made available only to members of your league;
  • Resend — delivery of transactional email;
  • Netlify — web hosting and content delivery for rallykidssports.com.

Other authorized users in your organization may see information according to their role permissions. We may disclose information to law enforcement when legally required or to protect rights, safety, and property. We do NOT share or sell your information with data brokers or advertisers.

Section 07How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed, then delete or anonymize it:

  • Account data — deleted the same day you delete your account;
  • Chat, announcements, polls, and sign-ups — until the season ends, plus a 90-day grace period;
  • Photos — until you delete them or the season ends;
  • Live game recordings — held only briefly by our streaming provider (Cloudflare) while a game is processed, then available for download for up to 90 days (Bunny.net), after which they are deleted;
  • Player-link audit records — 3 years;
  • Data-export files — 7 days; Notifications — 30 days.

Section 08Children's privacy (COPPA)

Rallykids is a youth sports platform, and protecting children is central to how it works. Children do not create or own accounts — accounts are created and owned by adults. A parent or guardian provides limited player information and consents to its use. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and we never request a date of birth.

To protect children, the Service limits how many adults can be linked to a single player — up to 4 parent or guardian accounts and up to 10 family-member accounts per player (counting both linked accounts and pending invitations) — so a child’s information is shared only within a small, parent-controlled circle.

A parent or guardian may, at any time, review, correct, or delete the player information we hold about their child, or refuse further collection. To exercise these rights, contact info@interlinkcollaborations.com.

Section 09Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Use the in-app Privacy Controls or email us. We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.

California (CCPA/CPRA) and other states. Rallykids does NOT sell your personal information and does NOT share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — and never has. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, and port their information.

Section 10How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher;
  • Encryption of data at rest;
  • Row-Level Security (RLS) so users access only the data their role permits;
  • Treating push-notification tokens as sensitive (truncated in logs);
  • Keeping privileged service-role keys server-side only.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will investigate, contain, remediate, and notify affected users and regulators as required by law.
