How do I get access to my team?+
Account access and team/role assignments are managed by your league administrators. Sign in with your account and request the appropriate role from your league's onboarding flow, or contact your league admin.
I'm not receiving notifications.+
Make sure notifications are enabled for Rallykids in your device settings, and check your notification preferences inside the app.
How do I delete my account?+
You can request account deletion right here on this page — see Delete Your Account below. If you're signed into the app, you can also delete your account from Settings → Account.
How is my information handled?+

Section 03Delete Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, role assignments, messages, photos, and any other data associated with you across the leagues you belong to. This action cannot be undone.

Enter the email address for your account below. We'll send a confirmation link to that address — deletion only happens after you confirm from your email.

For your privacy, we never reveal whether an account exists for a given email. If you don't receive an email, an account may not exist for that address.

If an account exists for that email, we've sent a link to confirm deletion. Please check your inbox and follow the link to finish.
