End User License Agreement

Your license to use the Rallykids application.

Section 01License grant

Interlink Collaborations (“Interlink”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Rallykids application (the “Application”) for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this EULA, the applicable platform’s usage rules, and our Terms of Service. The Application is LICENSED, not sold, to you, and is tied to your Rallykids account.

Section 02Apple App Store — required provisions

The following apply when you obtain the Application from the Apple App Store:

  • This EULA is concluded between you and Interlink only, and NOT with Apple. Interlink is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
  • Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
  • Apple has NO obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the Application.
  • In the event of any failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any).
  • Interlink, not Apple, is responsible for product-liability, legal-conformance, and intellectual-property claims relating to the Application.
  • You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country or on any U.S. Government prohibited-party list.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

Section 03Google Play — required provisions

  • This license is no broader than the license permitted under the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement;
  • The Application is licensed, not sold, to you;
  • Your use must comply with the then-current Google Play Terms of Service.

Section 04Web access

When you access Rallykids through a web browser at rallykidssports.com, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license tied to your Rallykids account rather than to any device. We do not guarantee that every feature is available in every browser.

Section 05Restrictions

Across all platforms, you agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • Access the Application through automated means or scrape its content;
  • Use the Application to circumvent a custody arrangement, restraining order, or court order;
  • Sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application;
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

Section 06Updates, termination & governing law

We may provide updates from time to time, and updates may be required for continued use. This EULA is effective until terminated; your rights terminate automatically if your Rallykids account is terminated or if you violate the Terms of Service. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, except that the Apple-specific provisions are interpreted consistently with Apple’s requirements.
